Shipping & Return Policy

Overview
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product at your expense. All returns must be in resellable condition with original packaging to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be issued for the value of the product and do not include the original shipping cost. 

You can return a product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any returned product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.  Please include your order number on the package. This enables us to proceed with the return/exchange process. 

Products may be exchanged, but shipping costs are passed through to the consumer.

Warranty Policy (Please take care of your glasses, they aren't meant to be sat on they are to be worn on your face) Simply treat them like you spent $100 and they will last. 


DANG SHADES products come with a  60 day limited warranty against materials and craftsmanship.  Cracked, broken or lost components are not covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and it is up to our discretion (we want you to be happy also) to determine if the product is covered under warranty.  If the product is covered, it will replaced at no cost. 

Examples that are not included under the limited warranty:

Temple/ hinge breaks (Most common from being sat on  in the car). 
Cracked lens
Broken clasp
Lost lens
Fogging lens (dry them out inside your house not car)
Torn foam padding (goggles) They aren't dog toys.
